A 1926 Pleasant Ridge historical Dutch Colonial has been restored with elegance and surprise. Most rooms have some form of wallcovering that is either traditional to the era or bold in style. Existing modern furniture was grouped into certain rooms or combined with newly acquired antiques. An addition is currently being designed and implementing some time in the future to add a larger primary suite, update windows to be historically accurate and treat the outside facade as if the addition had always been a part of the home.
